Privacy

This site collects nothing about you unless you type it into the enquiry form and press send. There are no advertising trackers on it, no analytics profile is built about you, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone who wants to market to you.

The enquiry form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, which unit you are asking about, which lot, and a message. It collects those things because they are what somebody needs in order to ring you back about a vehicle.

Submissions are delivered by Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and reach the dealership at signatureautooftheblackhills@gmail.com. They are used to answer your enquiry and for the dealership’s own records. They are not added to a mailing list and not passed to a third party for marketing.

The host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. Those exist so the site can be kept running and secure. This site sets no cookies of its own and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google when a page loads. Photographs, styles and scripts all come from this site’s own domain.

Links to Google Maps open Google’s own service, and Google’s privacy policy applies once you are there. Review text quoted on this site was published publicly by the reviewers on Google.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the dealership for answering you and for its records. You can ask for a message you sent to be deleted by contacting the dealership on any of the numbers or the email address on the contact page.

This site is not directed at children and the dealership does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
